AUCTION POLICIES & PAYMENT POLICIES
Once placing a bid on any auction, this is a binding agreement that if you have placed the winning bid you will pay for said item. The winning bidder has 1 day (24 hours) from the end of the auction to complete payment for the auction(s). To secure the order. If payment is not made within 24 hours of the ending auction, the item(s) will automatically be re-listed for auction, and the bidder will lose the item.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To initiate a return you MUST email order # and issue to office@bidonbargains.com to receive a valid RA number. You will receive one if your order is eligible for a return. Orders that are returned without notice and proper RA number will not be accepted.
bidonbargains.com will accept returns of purchased items under the following circumstances:
Returns must be initiated to receive a RA number within (7) days of when the item was picked up.
Returns must be returned to location of original pickup within (3) days of receiving a valid RA number via email.
All returns will be refunded in full minus a 20% restocking fee. However, if the item you are returning is found to be defective, the 20% fee will be waived.
Upon receipt of a returned item, bidonbargains.com will examine it to determine if You are eligible for a refund and will send an email to the address that You provided when purchasing the item to inform You of whether You are eligible for a refund. If You are eligible for a refund, we will refund the purchase amount through the method of payment You used to purchase the item.
In the event that an item is returned outside of its original, unopened packaging and bidonbargains.com finds that the item is not defective, bidonbargains.com will refund the purchase amount minus a restocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase amount.
Items marked as “Final Sale” items are not eligible for refunds. Intimate items, undergarments, and swimwear are not eligible for return.
